As an accomplished Telecommunications Project Manager in Structured Cable Design, Mr. Coulter brings over 20 years comprehensive cable plant and telecommunication experience. He serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Mr. Coulter has been responsible in project design and installation from concept to delivery on several large projects. His expertise is creating detailed data room designs for equipment racks and cabinets specific for each platform including; ventilation criteria, physical dimensions, power connection requirements, power cable and network cable management suitable for the specific applications. He coordinates layouts
within the data center, with facilities Architectural and Engineering design
parameters to ensure IT objectives and design criteria are not restricted, by
non-IT equipment. He has been a owner/operator of a communications contracting company for 20 years and is a 1990 graduate of ITT Technical Institute. He is BICSI Certified and holds multiple degrees in Electronics Technology, Telecommunications, and Business Administration.
